At Masquerade Mask Studio, we work to ship every order quickly and securely. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, expedited options, and international shipping responsibilities.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in 1 business day. Large party orders and wholesale orders of three or more products may require additional processing time for customization.
All masquerade masks are packed in a strong, sturdy box for safe transportation.
U.S. Shipping
Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited options may be available at checkout:
- Priority Mail Rush: estimated delivery in 3–4 business days.
- Next Day Air: estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after processing. Please allow one business day for us to create and process the order.
For wholesale orders or time-sensitive events, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm available expedited options.
International Shipping
International orders generally arrive within 10–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing, and local carrier operations.
Delays and Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically selected. Weather, natural disasters, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs delays, and high shipping volumes may affect transit times. Masquerade Mask Studio will ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays outside our control may occur.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your country’s customs office before ordering to estimate any additional costs.
